By accessing or using Together by Tales ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

Together by Tales is a collaborative group journal platform that enables families and friend groups to share updates, stories, and photos through periodic newsletter-style issues delivered via email.

You must provide a valid email address to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Service.

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Upload content that is unlawful, harmful, or objectionable
• Harass, abuse, or harm another person
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers or networks connected to the Service
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other accounts

You retain ownership of all content you submit to the Service. By submitting content, you grant us a limited license to store, display, and distribute your content to other members of your journal groups as part of the normal operation of the Service.

We do not claim ownership of your content and will not use it for purposes other than providing and improving the Service.

Certain features of the Service may require a paid subscription. Payment terms, including pricing and billing cycles, will be presented to you before purchase. Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time, with access continuing until the end of the current billing period.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Together by Tales shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
